There is no file named Text. Rather, all the xhtml files are listed under a folder named Text. Am I supposed to point to the folder? How? And why does Sigil fail to do this?
The book reads fine in every viewer I have tried. It uploaded fine to Lulu, and as noted it passes epubcheck and Flight Report.
Thanks again! I am beginning to suspect that the reason I had problems with this book and not the earlier one is that in the earlier case I first used Calibre and only later switched the Sigil to fix some problems.

You answered your own question.
If you have an empty folder called "Text", remove it (or put a manifested file into it) so that it is used in the manifest in some form..
Empty folders are not expected.
