If you are concerned with incurring fees you can set your limit to $0.00 instead of what I believe is a $2.00 default for yur account. This can be done via Amazon.com of course you can change that amount whenever needed. Setting my amount to $0.00 was one of the first things that I did so now I don't have to worry about it a again. It's a nice fail safe.
