Sony Service is horrible!
3 months ago both my Ipad and my PRS-300 were defective.
Aplle sent an SMS 18 hours after I brought the Ipad to a service centre that I could pick up a new Ipad.
The reader repair lasted over 4 weeks, it went defective again a month later, after the warrant was expired.
However, Sony hárdware is the best, so I replaced the 300 for a 350, a beautiful little reader with exactly the right functionality for me, I just hope it will keep on working...
