Hi, it's been ages since I have been here. Have another new computer and this time it is win 7. doing some searching for the reader connect software I did get the software for win 7 but read that nothing will work and I have to send the unit in for a firmware update? is this true, is there a work around? I didn't buy books, but just installed things I found from the net to the reader. I am not thrilled if I have to send this unit off for a fix.

Ps. It's the 64 bit win 7. not 32.
