It could well be that I'm expecting something which can't be done but I cannot seem to find any way to get the book details (metadata) I've created in my Calibre library to actually appear on my kindle. When I click on the device (kindle) in calibre it shows everything correctly as I have it in the Calibre library but when I actually go to the kindle then everything is unchanged.
I have metadata management set to automatic...
