Hi
1) In install package I provide file "FBReaderRemoveFB2.desktop" that will remove FB2 association from FBReader. If you have both FBReader and FB2 plugin you have to run this script.
2) All GUI related elements already provided bu UDS, plug-in don't have ability to add such elements.
