hi! I was wondering if customer service rep send any of you guys an email about your order #, shipping date, etc when you asked for a replacement?
I need to know 'cause I called a CS today (few hours ago) and he told me he would 'shortly' send me an email about my replacement. But I haven't receive it yet!
He said he would charge me for this replacement and when I receive it, I should return the defective one I have and then I will get my refund.
