Apparently the author has retained the US rights, so the current publisher can't legally sell the book here. There may be another publisher with US rights, but I don't see another ebook edition out there (of course, a lot of publishers are just sitting on ebook rights or have gone out of business and then the rights on in a weird limbo where they can't be sold at all until the lawyers settle it all).
