PPL, stop being so naive!!!!
Ebay has zillions of listings and at least 10%-30% of them are scam. They are not going to waste their time on every claim, explaining you details. The max you ll receive from them is just a commonly generated computer response. If you can file a claim through PayPal just do it. NOW!!!! But in this $45 scam scheme that Chinese smart dude/gal can just send you an empty box and it will be trackable through EMS mail. Once it delivered to you, boom
, your case is closed and you will have hard time to prove you received nothing.
