I want to be adventurous and install the hack before updating to the 3.0.3 software, but I have a few questions:
1st QUESTION: Worst case scenario:
If I just copy the entire contents of my Kindle folder, will I be able to "copy" it back to restore if I brick my Kindle by accident? I know I can copy the "documents" folder (already have a backup), but what about the software?
If it's not possible to somehow make a full backup of the software, where do I get a copy of it? At Amazon.com? does anyone know the name of the file for the K3 Wifi U.S.?
2nd QUESTION: Will I be "overwriting" the Kindle's fonts by installing the hack with the new fonts? Can I still access the old ones (along with the new ones), or will they be gone until I uninstall the hack for the fonts? And how difficult is it to change from font to font - is it the same as now (the "aA" button?)?
