Thanks, Irex was the same - good quality, quick answers - especially since one of their developers is on MobleRead. Nevertheless, they went out of business. Before I purchase another expensive ereader, I'm going to make sure (as much as possible) that the business is solid. I may end up with Pocketbook, but I hope my Irex lasts at least another year so I can see what is then being offered in the market.
