Believe me, Pocketbook support and customer service is not a problem. I used to have a Sony, and got fed up with their lack of support. Pocketbook, however, has answered my questions in less than a day. I also managed to break my screen, and they replaced it and returned it back to me in less than a week (at cost).
And I'm much happier with the reader itself than the Sony brand. Pocketbook puts out a quality product.
