Phone calls to/from hell are the source of some of my worst work-place stress. When I know I have to call the "800" number and talk to non-native English speakers. After one particularly trying episode I was found in my office slamming the phone receiver into the top of my desk. Folks suggested I might like to take a walk - in the rain - and I did.
