The man is/was a genious. Any of his books can be read and enjoyed by any age group. How often can you say that.
I think you must have Terry Pratchett confused with someone else-- Pratchett's first novel was published only 39 years ago, and his first Discworld novel only 27 years ago. (The most recent was last month.)
