heheh Did you make the blend yourself or is it one of your first loose leaf attempts?

It took me a while to figure out the right balance of temperature and timing for many of my teas. Having a tea timer helped a ton. OK, so all it is a kitchen timer preset for 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and 5 minutes so it is really easy to use. Because it is hard to push the minute button five times, really it is....

Finishing off my second pot of Sencha. So that makes 10 cups of tea today.

I figure I get in a ton of steps going to and from the bathroom each day which only increases the health benefits of the tea. Anti-oxidants and exercise, what a great combination.
