I am a new Kindler with my new Kindle 3.

I have been reading a lot about it and one trick was to type 411 or 711 to get some technical information on my unit.

On the Kindle 3 - with no dedicated number keys like on previous models - hitting the SYM key does not work.... any ideas? So I cannot enter any numbers...
