My K3 has crashed approximately once a week, never consistently like while reading the same book. Sometimes it's in an Amazon-purchased book. Sometimes it's a public domain book with no DRM. Once it was while using the web browser. However, this latest crash completely erased all of my collections which hasn't happened before. Now that is extra annoying! After searching the forums, I found a tip to de-register and then re-register to restore your collections. Worked for me and saved me a lot of time! If it happens again, then you might want to try it before recreating them.
