No, I am not a disguised rat, although I do have some doubts about certain members of my family.
However, I have acted on their behalf in the past. A "Renfield" sort of position, if you are familar with the literary reference.
And the rats don't mind the poison or the traps. Pragmatic lot that they are, they have a "whatever doesn't kill them makes them stronger" philosophy.
That's why nothing short of a direct hit by a multi-megaton nuke is going to slow them down.
