This is the crux of it for me. The stars drive me nuts! What is the point? When it comes to fiction, one man's trash is truly another man's treasure. Unless the book is just incomprehensible gobble-de-gook, it's quite possible (in fact, likely

) that I could hate it and someone else love it. As a reviewer, the key is to give some useful insight into the book so that other readers can decide for themselves whether this volume might be worth their time and money.
