A "not guilty" plea seems rather implausible, given the eye-witness views of the act, and the fact that it was seemingly done with pre-meditation - she apparently drove to the gallery with the specific intention of attacking the artwork. It seems like rather an "open and shut" case. I'm surprised that her legal advisers didn't advise her to plead guilty.
