Kindles do not support epub, but you can use Calibre to convert your entire library to mobi quickly and easily with the bulk convert feature.

I have a huge epub library, and after seeing my friend's new Kindle 3, I'm considering getting one (I have a Sony PRS-505). I stripped the DRM from a few of my purchased books, converted them to mobi and tried them on her Kindle. They look perfect. If I do get a Kindle, I'm not about to limit myself to Amazon.
