Wayfarer, by Dennis Schmidt, was printed in '78 and covercost was 1.95 Kensho, its sequel, was printed at the end of '79. covercost was 1.95.

When Worlds Collide by Wylie and Balmer, was reprinted in '62 and covercost is 0.50. After Worlds Collide, sequel, was reprinted in '68 and it also had a covercost of 0.50.

all books are mmp.
