Have you made sure that you are doing a genuine re-boot. Some people have made the mistake of simply turning off and turning back on again.

You need to either go to Menu, Settings, Menu, Restart or hold your off slide across for about 15 seconds.

When it restarts this way it will take a good 30 - 40 seconds. You get the kid sitting under a tree and a progress bar will run across the screen.

Then it starts up and you will have the collections all saying zero, about 5 seconds later they will all fill up and you will be done.
