Kovid,

I just tried your suggestion: converting from ePub to MOBI, and then MOBI to LRF... and it seems to have worked! I didn't check each property, but the main ones seem to have converted properly.

Thank you for your help. I hope some other poor soul out there still using LRF might find this information useful.
