Finally I found the answer:
1. Use PDF-XCHANGE Viewer.
2. Go to thumbnail view. (Expand thumbnail panel as it suits)
3. Select the pages you want to rotate.
4. <Ctrl+Shift+R> and there you go!
Note: You need standard or pro version of this.
Free alternative is "PDFill PDF Tools". It is good also.
