Hi,
I bought the PRS-505 reader just 10 days ago (on November 7th) and until yesterday I was extremely happy with the purchase.

When I was reading in the morning everything worked fine, but when I turned the Reader on again on the afternoon I got bunch of vertical and horizontal white lines (or bands) on the display and I couldn't get rid of them. I even tried to reset the unit several times but it doesn't help a bit, so I believe this is rather a hardware then software issue. You can clearly see thison these two pictures

I've seen several threads in these forums about similar accidents. Can anyone tell me if this can be fixed or I should just send the unit back (it's on warranty, right?). Do you know what might have caused such damage?
