80 column monospace txt to pdf

Alot of technical content is available in 80 column monospace txt files. For example:

http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kerne...ad832d;hb=HEAD

However, I can not figure out how to generate a PDF to read on a Kindle/Sony Reader from this type of file. Alot of tools I have tried want to reflow this text or generate a PDF that doesn't go fully to the margins (there are several inches of white space).

What tool can you recommend to generate PDFs from txt?
