Not much shocks me. Not much literally sickens me. That book did in a few spots (I read it when it first came out. I don't know how I'd see it now). Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good book. It's just not one I ever recommend to other people, as I generally don't know folks well enough to know how they'd take it (or take me for recommending it). I figure they'll find it if they find it. I've never read another Brett Easton Ellis, but that's not related (I'd enjoy recommendations). I've not seen the movie (I'm not a big movie watcher, and it's not the kind of movie I look for if I do watch).
