It's probably confusing because both promos were announced at the same time, but with staggered release dates.
The new one (Ian Rutledge) just came out and should be up for the next two weeks, and the thread got bumped up because it's now available in more places than the original announcement indicated.
The old one (Girl on the Beach) appeared ages ago, served its promo purpose, and got pulled. Amazon seems to completely kill the pages of all their special promo books. All those HarperCollins "Free with Bonus Material for a Limited Time" versions are still available in my archives, but the description pages they originally went to no longer exist.
