RTF format issues
- When reading an RTF file, pressing 7 (show index) appears to do nothing. However, when trying to skip a page it will say it''s not possible. It seems that the V3 is in the index mode, it just shows nothing. Pressing the return button once makes skipping pages work again though.
- Layout is messed up with more complex RTF files
