Hello,
This is my first post. I joined, because I wanted to make a suggestion to Kobobooks. At the moment, they have customer ratings--sometimes a lot of them--but they don't have customer reviews. Every time I want to find out more about a book, I end up switching back to Amazon to read their customer reviews. Someone else wrote a post, mentioning that "comments" are allowed somewhere or other at Kobobooks, but I'm not sure where, and, in any case, "comments" doesn't seem to be the same thing as a real review. I sent an email to Kobo asking them to put reviews, and all they said was that they would pass along my suggestion. What do others think?
