I am sure this must have cropped up before, but I cannot find an answer...

I have calibre library in my documents, as admin user on pc. However, pc is shared and i want my wife to use calibre from her user account, (non admin) however, despite the desktop icon being on her desk, she cannot open calibre....

any thoughts?
