I've got it! With all of the computing power available to me (the lights in Houston dimmed for several hours), I was able to completely decipher and translate that strange alien message from 1964. But it turns out that some guy in Jamaica had done it back in '65 all by himself. He tried to tell us the message but I'm not sure many of us listened.
