Well, I was too impatient to wait for answers, so I bought it. No footnotes
but the formatting seems very nice, and there is an introduction that should be an interesting read. For the moment I'll just enjoy the book. And if anyone has seen the paper edition, I'd still like to know if it has footnotes or not...
