Dans le panneau d'édition des meta-données du livre en question, dans le panel de droite, t'as un cadre tout en haut, avec les différents formats de ton livre. Sélectionne ton ePub actuel, supprime le (via un des 3 ou 4 boutons autour du cadre en question), et ré-ajoute le 'nouveau', toujours via un des 3 ou 4 boutons autour de ce cadre. Ça ne touchera pas aux meta-données .
