Okay, here's a little video of the centipede doing a run around. They don't really go for humans but they will give you a nasty bite.

Of all the things I showed on the previous message the first (slim, head shot) snake is maybe the most 'deadly' ( it is an Elapid, venomous but not deadly to humans ). The olive/black spotted one is just a rock python.

Attached in this message however is a spider which could be quite deadly. It's closely related to the Sydney Funnel web , we have them come into the house when we get heavy rains as their tunnels become flooded.

I should point out, I prefer not to interact with these creatures (praying mantis is okay ). Around here you just learn to let snakes pass you by, stand still, don't do anything rash, they move on. Most of the time they're near/in the house because you've got rubbish around the place and you're attracting their food (mice, small lizards, etc).
