I am at my wits end with this problem; can't get a reply from the Apple forums or Lulu (the publisher).
Basically, I have illustrated books on ibook and they are selling pretty well despite the fact that the sample you can download is just the cover. I seem to have no control over the sample size and I can only imagine how many sales I am losing as no-one can see the interior pages of the book.
Lulu have a preview option in the project section of the website but this seems to be for web viewing only on their site; it has no effect on the sample a potential customer downloads from ibooks.

My books are currently in the children/teen chart and figure prominently in the 'new and notable' list of the kids category. I would like to maximise this exposure but no-one seems to know how to fix this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you want to see the problem I have, search for Paul Woodward and download a sample of any of the 17 books there.
