This probably happens because the cache database has become corrupted. To resolve this, delete the "database" subdirectory in the ".sunrise" directory in your user home folder. The database will be recreated the next time your start Sunrise.

The actual location of the user home directory varies across Windows configurations.

On Windows 2000/XP it's typically:
c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\.sunrise\database
