I am a university student from Portugal (and so EU as well): it may be naive of me to ask, but if there are going to be student discounts I will need to ponder on whether the pre-order price would be lower than the student-discount (I reckon Yes, but who knows, maybe it will be cumulative.
). The problem of 3G in here is also notable.
