I'm used to the Aluratek Libre, where I have folders set up in each authors name, and where I can have sub-folders with their various series' names and books. I have a separate folder set up for the 100 classic books that came with the Libre and another one for the books that I've added, which I've broken down with the aforementioned authors name. I can also create folders by genre (or any other category) if I want.

The Sony Library software is some of the most unwieldy and limited that I've ever worked with. It's easier to just drag-and-drop the books into the reader.
