Yes, but -- Business travel naturally selects by gender IMNSHO. If you spent your time at Little League or kids' soccer games, you'd see a lot of women with e-readers.

The other huge advantage an ereader offers women is the ability to keep your reading choices private. A lot of women are sick and tired of getting judged by strangers (or husbands) for reading romance novels.
