Just got back from
Humid Restaurant, where I had the pork belly, the spatchcock and the pannacotta (and a cocktail called a 'Savoy'...champagne, ruby red grapefruit juice, lime and Campari). A rare night out to eats, with a visiting friend (who kindly picked up the tab). Very nice...will go there again (especially as they have a decent vego menu too, rather than the usual, single-option "choice" most have, and so I can take my brother out for a good feed).
