sony reader
Hi
First need to check if the sony reader is under warranty if so, you can returned it back to Sony. What i did is I send back my ebook reader to the seller (B&H) and B&H arrange the shipping to Sony. Now it is almost 2 months and based from my inquiry, sony is still waiting for the parts to come. =(
