I'm using 15.3, too and it's perfect. I haven't had a spontaneous reboot, crash or freeze since I installed it a couple of weeks ago.
Having said that, I don't think they've *officially* released it yet, have they?
I'd definitely recommend installing it. It's much better than 15.2.
