As dwanthny says, we need the content of the caldebug.txt file.

What might be silly question: is that card write protected? Clearly the operating system is refusing to allow it to be written. Another possibility: is the card formatted in FAT mode (you can see this on the properties window), and if so, do you have a lot of files in the root of the card? FAT-formatted cards have a very small limit for files in the root. You should use sub-folders.
