Well, in my experience, if you go to a B&N they will let you play with a nook for as long as you like. The Kindles on display at Target run a demo program so it's really hard to get a real feel for the K3. I would suggest going to a B&N to play with the nook and ordering a K3 which has a 30 day full refund (minus return shipping but no restocking fee). If you like the nook, but it and return the Kindle. If you like the Kindle, keep it.
