Generally, my reading habits are as follows.

During the week:
About 30 minutes in the morning while I am doing cardio (treadmill, elliptical or cycle). Alas I can't use it if I doing resistence and/or swimming .

Lunch... Read while I eat and until the end of my lunch break (figure 45 minutes).

After Dinner is done, my son is in bed and the house has been straightened up (My wife and I team up on this... so its not all me ). We don't have cable and rarely watch T.V. period so we read, browse the internet or in my wife's case, does a crossword. I figure on a good night, I will get almost 2 hours in before bed.

Weekends, I actually get to read less. Doing work around the house and watching my son (he is only 15 months old, so pretty much needs constant attention).. I generally get to read in the evening assuming we stay home.
