Hi nguirado,

As an Adobe Creative Suite devotee, I'd try a roundabout solution on Acrobat Pro, even if that took a couple hours of my life!... LOL...

In Acrobat Pro, I'd crop close to the left column, and extract all the cropped pages in a folder. I'd then reopen the file, and repeat for the left column. Next, I'd use Lupas Rename to fix the page sequence in my Left and Right folders, so that the left and right pages would order correctly: 01, 02 etc. Finally, I'd put everything back together in a master folder and combine the lot into a PDF via Acrobat Pro.
