It's not going to look the same on an LCD screen as on the eink but what you need to look at is the formating; proper text flow, no unnecessary/improper line spacing/breaks etc.

If it looks satisfactory in K4PC at various fonts sizes odds are it will be satisfactory in an ebook reader.
