S O L V E D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I took the risk:

1) I renamed folder "Search Indexes" to "Search Indexes1"
Failure - New folder "Search Indexes" was created after next usb plug in.

I did not give up.....

2) I set Index.db file to "read only" status at windows.
WORKING!! - after unplug from usb i can observe immediately fast response.

Actually after other plug to usb I could see the file is still getting bigger.

But speed is fine, so no problem.

May be the are some side effects, but I have already tried reset to "factory default", and after that the "read only" flag is gone.
